We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase of the courses, whether it may be through our own conducted instructor-led or self-paced training. 

Cancellation & Refunds: We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on our online platforms can be refunded.  A cooling off period of 7 days from course commencement date is provided for full refund of fees paid except for Registration Fee which is non-refundable.

For Online Training: Raise refund request within 30 days of commencement of the first batch you are eligible to attend. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 50% content of an e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms for more than 1 day. Also, in case user downloads the recording or E-Book for the course the money back guarantee will be void.

Classroom Training: SOHA Institute reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the location of an event or replace with another qualified instructor because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc). In case SOHA Institute cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the participant except for Registration Fee which is non-refundable.
