Module 1 Caregiver Training:

Upon completion of this module, learners will be able to ensure elderly is well-looked after physically and mentally by understanding the ageing process, safety & hygiene (lifting & positioning, home safety, denture care, assisted bathing, foot/skin care).

• a. understand the changes in older adults and the degenerative changes in ageing.
  b. have the requisite knowledge and relevant practical skills to provide support in activities of daily living in eldercare.  
• c. First aid
