Course Overview
Develop, maintain and convey detailed and specialised product knowledge as well as keep abreast of emerging product knowledge to address customers requirements in beauty and skincare
What You Will Learn?
Specifically,
Lo1. At the end of this session, the learner will be able to understand the skin and its functions, learn about the various skin types and explain the difference between skin types and skin concerns.
Lo2. At the end of this session, the learner will be able to understand the various categories of products, the market trends, the different brands of products and on competitors products.
Lo3. At the end of this session, the learner will be able to properly analysis the skin in order to identify the customers skin type.
Lo4. At the end of this session, the learner will be able to use the correct methods to present the products, give proper product advice using the organisations procedures and based on the customers needs/trends.
Lo5. At the end of this session, the learner will be able to use various methods to sell products to the customers, maximise and close the sales and request for customers permission to do follow-up.
Lo6. At the end of this session, the learner will be able to explain the ways to store the products in store and for customers.
Course completion Requirement is as follows:
75% pass for both theory and practical and achieve 75% attendance
