Learn the elements of bonding in infant massage (direct eye contact, sense of smell, soothing voice, affectionate tactile stimulation and synchronized breathing).
Types and effects of infant massage routine encompassing three traditions (indian milking, swedish and massage reflexology).
Suitable after care advice to sustain the effects of treatment.
What You Will Learn?
– How to present a professional image as a masseur and ensure a safe and sanitary environment for infant massage therapy.
– Consult with the baby’s parents to determine the best treatment plan, including contraindications, benefits and effects, and review and update client information.
– Learn parent-child relationship building in infant massage (eye contact, smell, tone of voice, touch, breathing, etc.).
– Infant massage techniques that combine the benefits of three traditional methods (Indian nursing, Swedish massage and reflexology).
– Provide appropriate care suggestions to clients after treatment to consolidate the therapeutic effect.
