As the Principal Trainer, he helps to chart the development of SOHA Institute to meet licensing requirements, course accreditation and establish strategic alliances with commercial players to create job opportunities. To keep himself abreast of the development in the adult education and the spa & TCM wellness sector, he attended vocational skills upgrading courses certified by WDA/SSG, ITEC, Singapore Acupuncture Association and Chengdu University of TCM. Engaging graduate therapists in Community Involvement Projects has been one of his key aspiration because of the corporate value that SOHA stands for, which is to contribute to the society especially the poor, needy and elderly among us by way of time and volunteering resources. He is the principal subject matter expert in ITEC accreditated qualifications namely holistic massage, reflexology, sports massage and diet & nutrition all awarded Besides, he also facilitate courses and workshops in Chinese Tuina and TCM Meridian/Acupressure. As a curriculum developer, he is the principal courseware developer in blended mode of learning.
